Your dishwasher needs to be washed, too
It may sound strange, but home appliances designed to wash should be cleaned as well. Dishwashers are included in this category. Sometimes, if you don’t wash your dirty plates under the faucet for long enough, tiny food pieces will remain stuck. These later fall to the bottom of your dishwasher and could rot and attract nasty roaches.
To avoid this situation, consider cleaning the inside of your dishwasher manually with some soap and water. You should clean the filter located at the bottom of the machine. Not only will this lead to cleaner dishes, but it will also ensure your device runs better for longer.
