Your tap water shouldn’t be too high in minerals
It’s common knowledge that drinking water brings many health benefits. This natural liquid does everything, from normalizing your blood pressure to regulating body temperature and carrying nutrients to your cells. Unfortunately, not many people are aware of the importance of testing the quality of the water being pumped into their homes.
You should check that your water isn’t hard, which means it contains high concentrations of dissolved minerals like calcium or iron. If this is the case with yours, it’s advised to install a water softener. If you don’t, your pipes could be damaged and eventually break down, which could, in turn, lead to flooding.
