Wait a little bit before making the bed to let the sheets dry
Some well-organized people enjoy making their bed right after waking up when they still have their pajamas on and haven’t yet sipped on their morning coffee. Although it may be hard to believe, there’s one considerable disadvantage to this structured routine. As it turns out, waiting a little longer to make your bed is the optimal choice.
Were you to make your bed first thing in the morning, you’d trap the moisture released from your body underneath your sheets. Consequently, the following night, you’d go to sleep with dirty bedding. What you should do instead is let your bedsheets air dry so that the moisture that remains on the surface can evaporate.
