Dish soap isn’t a great product to clean your cutting boards
Previously, you’ve discovered why wooden cutting boards were a better choice than plastic ones. The following bad habit involves the same kitchen utensil and may come as a surprise to some of you. If you’re using dish soap to wash your boards, it’s time you switch to a different product.

This chemical product will ensure that your boards are cleaned thoroughly instead of superficially, therefore helping to prevent food-borne illnesses. Just remember to oil them beforehand, for peroxide could dry them out.
