Sanitize your toilet brush after you’ve used it
While cleaning the inside of your toilet isn’t necessarily a pleasant task, it’s essential to do so once a week if you want to get rid of germs and nasty bacteria. The products designed to achieve this task are toilet cleaner and a brush. Naturally, this last object should also be washed.
The most common cleaning modus operandi is to place your toilet brush back into its holder right after you’ve finished using it. However, this could translate into mold and bacteria growth. For this reason, try dipping it in hand sanitizer and setting it somewhere to dry before you return it to its container.
