Checking out the Incision of a Small Bone Removal
Sometimes, the type of surgery you are going in determines what the nurses would do to you when you suddenly wake up. This patient went in for a small bone removal surgery from a foot that was broken. The patient woke up mid-way through the surgery, felt the doctors poking around the broken foot, and decided to look.
The patient saw the incision before a nurse noticed; they caught them and put the patient back under. The next thing the patient remembered was being awake in the recovery room.
