Waking up at the Wrong Time During Heart Surgery
Ablation procedures are quite delicate, just like any other procedure that has to be done on the heart. Therefore given how fragile the heart is, it is highly risky for individuals to wake up during any operations on the heart. This is the case of a patient who underwent an ablation procedure due to an irregular heartbeat.
This patient woke up mid-way into the ablation surgery process and moved a bit, making the doctor scream that the patient should sit still because it was critical. The nurse immediately held down this patient to avoid any movements while the patient was under again.
