Extreme Discomfort During Gastric Bypass
This 60-year-old man went to the hospital for open gastric bypass surgery and gall bladder removal. The man reported unimaginable pains during the surgery. The pain was because he woke up during the surgery and heard voices around him.

The pain he felt made him wish he were dead. He wanted to inform the doctors of the pain but couldn’t as his body was not responding to his brain’s command. After the surgery, the nurses asked if he was feeling any discomfort. He said not anymore but was feeling pains during the surgery.
