Chinese food at the restaurant isn’t as authentic as you think
Almost every American loves Chinese food. Some families even choose a day of the week to visit a Chinese restaurant and order a different kind of food. Still, no one can help but wonder whether those dishes are genuinely Chinese.
Well, the truth is that not every dish in Chinese restaurants is authentic. It depends on the restaurant, but you’ll probably find some American meals on the menu. Sweet and sour chicken, for example, isn’t traditionally Chinese. Still, it’s a takeout favorite among Americans.
