Bread is pretty different in other countries
When you go to an American convenience store and walk down the bread aisle, you’ll find many pre-sliced and bagged bread options. These products aren’t artisanal, and they’re often full of chemical preservatives. However, this isn’t the way bread is sold around the rest of the world.
Many stores outside the US sell bread in a fresher, artisanal loaf with fewer chemical preservatives and sugar. They look like bread from the American bakery section. Apart from that, this sliced bread tastes sweeter than the average loaf we know.
