British bacon isn’t as crispy as the American recipe
There’s no denying that bacon can improve almost any dish. It goes great with French fries, hamburgers, and even sandwiches. However, it’s pretty disappointing when you realize that the rest of the world doesn’t prepare bacon like Americans do.
When we think of bacon, we picture it as thin and crispy. Its pleasantly smoky taste is unique and mouth-watering. Still, British people have a different take on bacon. They prefer back bacon, which is less crispy and much thicker than the American version.
