Seafood pho doesn’t exist in America
Most people say that the taste of pho is the perfect balance between salty, spicy, citrus, and sweet. The American version of the dish features rice noodles in herbal broth. Some places also add some delicious chicken or beef stock to the recipe.
But you won’t find a single restaurant in the US that serves a bowl of seafood pho. Although it’s a flavorful dish, it doesn’t look appealing to most Americans. However, you shouldn’t miss the chance to try it if you ever visit Vietnam.
