We Had Mixtapes
There are just a few things that can beat the sheer thrill of making our mixtapes; from selecting the song to set up the tape deck, to patiently waiting for the tape to be recorded, and then finally, customizing the tape cover; nothing compares, not even making it on Spotify.
The best part about making mixtapes in the 80s was that all the music selected was glorious 80s music. What’s better than Madonna, David Bowie, and Diana Ross on repeat?
