Tofu: A meat sub, or better than meat?
Now you know things are serious when someone who was a carnivore for almost all his life advocates for a vegan product like tofu. Rich in plant proteins, tofu is sadly only considered a vegan substitute for proteins, which is strange because it is quite loved in the East.
It is probably the ignorance towards proper cooking methods to prepare tofu, but it sure is a heavily underrated edible item. So how you cook something is equally important for that dish to turn out amazing; take it from a lifelong carnivore.
