Partially leftover, partially packaged, but it sure turns out to be delicious
Surprisingly, so many people believe that leftovers from even a night before don’t contribute to a proper and nutritious meal. It’s sad to know that many people would rather throw away leftover food which is perfectly edible after reheating rather than mix it up with some fresh food to balance things out.
Of course, one shouldn’t be consuming food that has been untouched for an extended time, but that doesn’t mean that even the last day’s meal loses its nutrition and are too ‘harmful’ to be considered a proper meal.
