Breakfast food is a conspiracy theory
Apparently, there’s a lot of stigma built across breakfast and the food items considered ‘appropriate’ for breakfast. Not everyone likes the same things and not everyone prefers eggs or cereals for breakfast. Some don’t prefer breakfast at all.
The more mouths, the more opinions there are, but we don’t see how certain food items aren’t classified as fit for consumption during the morning. Some foods make one feel lethargic if consumed at the beginning of the day, so that might be one of the arguments. What do you think about this?
