Fake it till you make it
This one is more like teaching your body and internal system to get used to certain types of foods and less like a cooking hack. Either way, it is quite an interesting hypothesis and might work for some people. You can probably teach yourself to eat healthier with this method.
However, some cases where the smell can trigger a gag reflex or allergies to certain foods are exceptions. We advise you to try it with caution if you have severe allergies to some foods.
