For instance, in many cocktails, the bartenders add just a splash of vinegar that literally takes the drink’s taste off the charts.

We know that this might have caught you off-guard but trust us when we say that this is a pretty normal practice, yet many people aren’t familiar with it. So the next time you get drinks for your friends, don’t tell them what went into it and once they are done, ask them if they tasted anything unusual about that drink.
