Raising a child is a very stressful process, so it is no wonder parents sometimes find it hard to retain information. Names are something they usually struggle with, and as time passes, their inability to remember them only gets worse. So this mom’s confusion is nothing out of the ordinary.
By the time they become grandparents, many even start to confuse their grandchildren’s names. It is not a stretch to believe she can never recall the name of a random pizza chain, no matter how well-known it may be. “Magic Jack” and “Dr. Domino’s” are fantastic guesses, though.
