Mom thought a bigger TV meant seeing more of the field
Having a big screen TV might mean a serious upgrade in your viewing experience. You can usually see details better, and the definition is far superior, but there are still limitations to what you can see. This mother did not seem to grasp that the new television would not fix her problem.
If she wanted to see more of the field, then the only solution was to buy a ticket to watch the match in person. After all, the problem is not the screen. It actually has to do with how matches are filmed. Unfortunately, she will never get what she wants watching soccer on TV.
