Mom grounded them for being right
Although mothers usually love their children, this does not mean they will get along with them all the time. One thing most parents hate is when their child talks back, regardless of whether they are right or wrong. This woman got furious if her children did not close the door properly.
But when it came to them talking back, she knew when to admit they were right. She still grounded her child, but at least she conceded their comment had been on point. We should all aspire to be as honest as this mom, even when children get on our nerves.
