Old McDonald’s crispy apple pie treats were delicious
When we compare old McDonald’s apple pies to the ugly treat we get now, we’d love to go back in time. It’s sad, but apple pies at Golden Arches have changed for the worse. There’s no doubt that the old recipe was incredible.
In the ’80s and ’90s, apple pie treats had a crispy, flaky crust that made them the perfect lunchtime dessert. If you didn’t like apple pie, you could ask for the cherry pie variety. Still, we all knew that apple snacks were better.
