Getting a Beanie Baby with your Happy Meal
Do you remember Beanie Babies? They were cute stuffed toys that drove people crazy a few decades ago. If you sold them today, you could probably fetch a pretty penny for them. Still, most are probably forgotten deep in a closet or cupboard somewhere.
During the ’90s, McDonald’s wanted to be part of the trend. So, they worked together with TY Inc. to create a set of mini Beanie Babies. Back in the day, many children begged their parents to buy them Happy Meals just to get some of those stuffed playthings.
