Getting a cake for someone who is allergic to everything is hard
Nowadays, it seems as though everyone is allergic to something. It is not a bad thing in itself since we all need to improve our efforts to stick to a healthier diet. Still, it can be quite frustrating to keep track of so many food allergies and long lists of food intolerances.
One baker told the story about how a client requested they make a cake with the message, “So Sorry to Hear About Your Flour and Gluten and Milk and Egg and Butter and Sugar and Food Coloring Allergies.” With friends like those, there is no need for enemies.
