The staff wrote ‘nothing’ to get back at a rude customer
Since ordering cakes online became the norm, there have been instances where a client’s request has been accidentally lost in translation. Nevertheless, there are other times when the “mistake” was actually a worker’s attempt at getting back at a rude customer.
That is what happened here. Those who work in the food industry often have to deal with customers acting entitled or ungrateful, so it is no surprise that service providers get fed up sometimes. We hope this particular cake decorator did not get in trouble with the boss.
