Babies do not belong on top of cakes. This applies to both real and fake babies. Take a look at this very unsettling dessert that includes a life-like baby doll shoved inside a frosting-covered dome. It’s enough to make people lose their appetite.
This looks like a capsized turtle covered in light blue buttercream. We cannot understand why anyone would want a cake decorated like this. If this was meant to emulate a pregnant belly, we are sorry to tell them that babies do not punch their way out.
