This Snake can be a Cake and a Pet
This colorful snake cake was made on request for a little boy who was having an animal handler at his party, bringing a selection of snakes, lizards, and baby crocodiles. The cake was made with vanilla-cookie crumb mud cake and covered in yellow banana-flavored fondant. It was hand-carved, and an impression mat was used for the snakeskin texture. The whole thing was then hand-painted.
The coral glow ball python is a docile morph that can make an excellent pet. This is because they are low maintenance, and their size is way smaller than other constricting snakes. Because they only grow between 2-5 feet long, it makes them easier to handle and requires less space. Now with the help of hyper-realism cake artists like this, we can have them as cake too!
