We Can’t Forget the Gluten-Free Community
In 2022 we can’t forget to inspire our gluten-free friends. This lovely black and yellow snake cake is a gluten-free chocolate cake filled with gluten-free Oreos and chocolate mousse. It is then covered in cream cheese and buttercream. The sand-like setting is made of caramelized coconut shavings. This cake was made with icing and no fondant.
The cake was created upon request by Estelles, a professional pastry chef, for the birthday of one of her client’s sons. She posted this picture on social media, where her followers appreciated it and were scared at the same time. We are glad that she was able to pull this off well.
