Don’t work too fast, you might intimidate your coworkers
What makes you good at your job? Well, it depends on what your work is, of course. In general, performing and completing your tasks quickly is seen as a positive thing, especially when working with short deadlines. But is there a chance of being too good at your job and getting fired for it?
Candace’s brother had a pretty good job at the airplane company Boeing. It sounds unbelievable that he got fired for working too fast. Sadly, his work skills turned out to be intimidating to his coworkers rather than inspiring. Our suggestion is to find a new job where your abilities are appreciated.
