Fired for a clicking pen mistake
Working with your spouse can be somewhat hard for your relationship. When you have to see your partner at the office and later at home, you end up neglecting your own alone time, which might affect how you see the other person. And the situation only gets worse if your spouse is your boss.
An advantage of working with your partner is that you already know their pet peeves, so you can avoid doing them. Unfortunately for Joanne, her boss/spouse fired her after mistakenly believing she had been clicking a pen at a staff meeting. And if that wasn’t enough, he also ended up firing his secretary for laughing about it!
