From Adam Levine To Kim Kardashian: Expensive Celebrity Real Estate Transactions (Including One That Surpassed The $100-Million Mark)

Make-up mogul Kylie Jenner is the wealthiest member of the already wealthy Kardashian-Jenner clan, and tennis star Serena Williams is the first athlete to make the list of the world’s richest self-made women. But have you ever wondered where these celebrities spend their fortunes? On real estate, of course! Well, one pop singer purchased a mansion in Montecito, while another personality acquired a beachside Malibu estate (yes, we are looking at you, Kim!). Here are the most expensive celebrity estate transactions of last year.

Ryan Seacrest—$51 million

Ryan Seacrest’s glassy Beverly Hills estate was first listed in 2020 for a whopping $85 million, but he was unable to close a deal. He reduced the price to $74.5 million before finally selling the mansion a few months ago for $51 million.

That is a significant price reduction! Given that the American Idol host paid $36.5 million for the AD-tour home from Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi in 2012, it is likely that he still made a tidy profit from the sale.
