Getting fired isn’t that bad if you get to meet your favorite band
When you are young, you might not want to stay put and follow orders at your job, especially if your favorite band is playing in your city! It is okay if you just want to have an awesome experience and not worry about working. Sometimes, it’s better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
Franchesca had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet The Who, and she also got to spend some time with the band! We definitely think that experience was worth losing a job for. Responsibility is key, but there are opportunities that you just can’t miss. Over fifty years later, she still has that memory, and she probably found a better job opportunity anyway.
