Underage drinking at work is a bad choice
Sadly, underage drinking is not uncommon. In most parts of the world, the minimum age required to drink alcohol is eighteen, so it is not a big deal for nineteen-year-olds to have a drink. But, a completely different thing is if your boss catches you, a minor, ordering a drink at your place of work.
We hope that Twitter user @BraleyMama has found another job and another boyfriend! It is bad enough that he wanted to use her employee discount to take her out, but he also got her fired. Her boss was probably a little harsh, but if the boyfriend didn’t want to spend too much money, he shouldn’t have ordered that much to drink in the first place.
