Writing a good essay about your life is fundamental if you want to get into the college of your dreams. The problem is that most people apply to go to college when they are only eighteen years old. It can be tricky to find something good to write about at that age.
Generally, most applicants will choose to write their essays about a sad personal story because they want to lean on the admission officer’s sympathy to get in. However, after reading thousands of lame tragic stories that are not tragic at all, these people are no longer compelled by this type of writing.
