She tried to copy her own professor
If you are applying for a Ph.D., you should already have some of the basics of college figured out. At least, that is what most of your teachers are going to expect from you. It goes without saying that on an admission essay, you cannot plagiarize other people’s work.
This student thought that taking great inspiration from another person’s paper would be a good idea. Yet, she failed to realize that the person she stole from was the admissions professor in charge. We are not sure how this person even managed to finish their undergraduate course of studies.
