Being honest with your criminal record might get you out of college
There is nothing inherently wrong with asking the applicants to answer a couple of simple questions as part of the school’s admission process. However, some of these questions can indeed be kind of misleading. And there are even those that can get you immediately rejected if you answer them truthfully.
Some colleges have no problem letting ex-convicts into their campuses. After all, if they are looking for a college degree, they are getting off to a good start. Sadly, that is not the case for all institutions, so this person is certain that some people must lie about their criminal record just to get in.
