This women’s college is super strict about paperwork
It is not so common nowadays, but some colleges are still gendered. Both women’s and men’s colleges are very strict with their paperwork to ensure that only the best applicants get accepted. Sadly, these restrictions can be discriminatory when not properly implemented.
Sadly, the admission process can be complicated when you have trans applicants. Some of them require changes in personal documents, like the pronouns on a birth certificate, to let these women in. Yet, it feels like an unnecessary request when you consider the discrimination they suffer.
