If we were to choose between tacos or salads, we would pick tacos because who says no to that? @KruskieMarissa perfectly described our reactions when we have to eat healthy foods. Although eating tacos is delicious, switching up or balancing it with healthy greens is best.
Salad contains fruits, vegetables, and healthy fibers that help cut down calories and your daily intake of fats. It will also build strong bones, improve muscular functions and boost your health. So, when you reject a salad, remember the possible nutrients and compensate yourself with a healthy amount of tacos.
