Diet starts tomorrow
As mentioned, procrastination is often the barrier facing many people who intend to lose weight. Sometimes people can feel unmotivated because they lose sight of why they’re making changes in the first place.

Using tools like food journaling to help limit food intake, small exercises to help adjust their body, and a diet plan is a good guide.
