Why get hot and sweaty just to be called hot?
Workouts are designed to get you hot and sweaty, and @Ghost_7 is certainly not a fan of that. He would rather give up than get hot during workouts. Although workouts can break a sweat, there are other ways to stay cool while exercising.
Experts advise people to invest in breathable clothes that repel sweat. Also, staying hydrated during exercise will help your body stay cooler, as sweating means your body is too hot and needs to be cooled to the average human body temperature.
