Yazy Lee is not the only fan of binge-watching shows, as many of us are culprits. One of the ways to stay motivated to exercise is to set realistic goals. It is easier to overcome procrastination if you have performed small exercises and overworked your muscles, but if you haven’t, it can be difficult to begin.
