He thought the beach was a non-judgmental zone for everyone
If you think nobody watches you on the beach, think differently, as some people are hell-bent on watching your every move, and some are even brave enough to make a comment.
@JojoWeindl was on the beach like every other normal person in the city. He was then approached by a woman who asked whether it was legal to go topless on a beach. He replied that it was legal for women to do so in Washington. Well, she refers to him. It is one thing to go on a beach and another to inquire about somebody’s body type; we are disgusted by this.
