Their mattress was infested with bed bugs
The bedroom is usually a person’s most sacred, personal space. Sleeping in your own bed is one of the greatest pleasures known to man, since it is tailored exactly to your needs. What is more, your mattress probably has an indentation shaped exactly like you which makes it the epitome of comfort.
However, it cannot feel good to be sleeping on a bug-infested mattress. A bed this nasty is not fit to lie in and deserves to be burnt to ashes. There is a reason people use the phrase “don’t let the bedbugs bite” when they are wishing you a good night’s sleep. This photo is almost too disgusting to look at.
