If you have drywall ceilings, be careful when going into the attic
In some countries, such as the U.S., houses have walls made out of drywall, which is a lighter material. Unfortunately, attic floors are also often made out of the same material, which is why it is recommended you put plywood boards to walk around it. Otherwise, you might end up like this person.
They went into the attic to get an old Christmas tree out, and their foot went straight through the ceiling. They probably did not put too much weight on the ceiling, but the drywall was so flimsy that it simply gave out anyway.
