Life Can’t Always Be Planned
Some people want to have every aspect of their lives planned, down to the dress code on their fifth grandchild’s first birthday. And when these plans don’t happen as they were meant to, it starts to feel like the whole world has come to an end.
We cannot control everything. Even if we could, not all of our plans will work out. The sooner we realize this, the easier we will be on ourselves. Sometimes, the pressure we feel is not from others but from ourselves because we want to plan everything. We need to learn how to let go.
