Avoid Phone Addiction
Many people can’t leave their phones. They go everywhere with them and have anxiety when they can’t find them. Maybe it’s best every once in a while to take a deep breath and drop your phone for a second. For your own sanity, take a break from your phone and rest.
The symptoms of phone addiction are very clear, and we may all suffer from it. If there is one problem that phone addiction causes it is insomnia. For people who have trouble sleeping, they should try to get off their phone screens for a couple of hours, especially before bedtime.
