Do Your Chores
It’s funny how easy it is to mess up an entire house in just a few minutes. All it takes is putting certain things in the wrong location. When we leave used dishes by the couch or empty bags of chips on the table, before long, there is a huge, spread-out pile of trash that’s difficult and time-consuming to collect. But it’s manageable if one chore is done at a time.
Therefore, break down the list of chores, even if it means just doing the dishes for that day. The next day, it might be time to tackle the vacuuming or to do the laundry. Within no time at all, your entire space will be spotless, and that alone has a positive impact on your mood.
