Take a Break From Social Media
Over 50% of the world’s population uses social media, which translates into over 8 billion people. That means billions of people are constantly posting, commenting, liking and sharing content across different apps. This also means hours spent on your phone or computer instead of doing other more meaningful things.
Many people have become slaves to social media and are not as productive as they should be because of how long they spend scrolling through content. Yes, there are funny videos in there and new people to chat with, but these are no reasons to avoid going out with friends. Get rid of social media and connect with friends and family in real life. It means more.
