The attorney’s questions were so stupid that the doctor wondered if he had a brain
Lawyers are trained to question everything because you never know what may give you cause for reasonable doubt. In this trial, they called a doctor to the stand as a witness, and the attorney was hell-bent on getting him to admit the patient could have been alive.
Unfortunately, there are certain things in life that are quite absolute, such as death. A person without a brain is obviously not capable of sustaining life, which is why the doctor got so annoyed.
