This person seemed to believe disabled people did not go out at night
It is an unfortunate fact of life that people with disabilities have to put more effort and more resources into going places that may not be adapted for them. They also have to deal with rude comments.
There is no reason a disabled person should stay indoors at night. They have a right to live their lives as any other person would, and preferential parking places allow them to do that. Why should they be excluded for that comfort?
